Just finished bottling the Landbier. hit my FG dead on, should be a 5.3% ale
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

So I finally drank the first of the Marzen last night. This turned out to be a nice very drinkable beer.
SWMBO loved it . The color was very nice and was very smooth going down. This is a hit here and i know
I will be putting this in the regular rotation of brews. Thanks Jim for working with me on this.

Cheers Ray

If the Landbier turns out half as good, I'll be happy
