I think if you're going to cover them in chocolate, a dark beer might work really well.

Posted the article to my Facebook page so I would have the recipe handy. They look mighty good, and I think a dark beer would complement them very well.

I think the dark spiced/orange flavored winter beer I made would be awesome turned into dark colored marshmallows, and coved with dark chocolate.
