Citra-Nilla from Leigh, nice hop presence up front and has a nice vanilla touch at the back of the tongue finish! Can see why it has been a bit!

My latest incarnation of Levitation Cloneish:

IMG_2522.jpg (14.73 KiB) Viewed 854 times
It is pretty much a PM version of the recipe from the clone thread except with Farmhouse Blend hops for all the hops.

This beer will be continuously reincarnated. Except with different/real hops as my Farmhouse Blend is no more.

Everyone should read that thread and make that beer. This beer is awesome. Better then the real thing even.

Grisette followed by Sue.

And... went home with way too much beer. Intended to pick up a couple bottles the new Preservation Ale (this is the beer I pick hops for each year, but this year it's a funky biere de garde instead of the normal wet hop pale)... Instead ended up with four bottles b/c of the 4 pack discount...

Image

And also three Sue bottles (another sale)... And a 24 case of the winter scotch (which is on fire sale for $4 a sixer or $15 for 24). They totally sucked me in with all of the sales...

The artwork on this and all other ETF labels and glassware is an original from Ryan Thomas at the famed Black 13 Tattoo shop.  actually, the label in this case is a hybrid of Ryan's design with the original Preservation Ale logo painting of a crane at Bell's Bend by local artist Jim Osborn. The Bell's Bend community farms, where Yazoo's hop farm resides, receives the proceeds from the Preservation Ale each year.

Tasting night... so many world class beers... but the Platform sours were a hit, blackduck...Image

And... interesting side note. Mantra' s sales mgr was there, and he's friends of the Platform guys. Had lunch with them last week. He was texting them and telling them their beers made it to a tasting in TN... #smallBeerWorld
