The Craft Brewers Conference and World Beer Cup will be in Nashville, TN next year (Apr 30 - May 3). Sounds like a great time to visit Music City, as I will imagine there will be a mess of great events that week...

Would love to but that's my busiest time of the year and there's no way I could leave . Could you ask them to postpone it about 4 weeks? 
Nashville's a great town that has lots more than beer to offer. If anyone wants a reason to visit, this is a great one.
