Heineken Now Fully Ownes Lagunitas...

They had a 50% part in the company for some time now, seems they now bought out the other 50% of Lagunitas in an attempt to bring Lagunitas to other countries with Heienken's brewing power and distribution. Once again, proof that money talks. This had to be a huge pay out.

I think Ballast Point got 500 million so nothing would surprise me but little by little the craft gods are falling.

Ballast Point was $1 Billion. Have not seen numbers for Lagunitas, but the 50% sale was rumored to be $500 million, so that puts it about $1B also.
