Hello from Southern Cali

I am fairly new to the brew scene andm looking forward to learning, and drinking, much. My amazing wife gifted me a BrewDemon setup and an IPA is just now starting its carb journey.

I have also used another MrDIY kit, but I think I will be a lot better off with my BrewDemon set up as my skills develop.
