So I gave away some of the porter I made last year with some bitter orange peel added at the end.

The review I got back was "this was the best porter I ever had, give me more".

I don't know if that means it's REALLY ICKY or NOT VERY ICKY.

(only old timers will get that probably)

La la, la la la la la la la la la laaa laaa laaa?

Damn, I don't like bragging, but being retired is so good. I get stuff done now that I wanted to do for years but didn't have the time to do it. Today I pressure washed all my wood and have a lot of it, decks walls, ect. and then going to coat it. Been wanting to do this for over ten years, and I didn't have to kill myself doing it. and now drinking a couple beers....I like my new job a lot.

That magic moment when a 2010 Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella falls in your lap... I guess good deeds pay off sometimes. Now... when to open?Image

I'd say Sunday because I couldn't possibly be there before then.

If I had a collection of good beers like that on hand. I really would never get anything done. I guess no willpower on my part. NICE swen.

Sad thing is... that ain't even half of it. A full size fridge and three dorm fridges in addition. Really need to drink more or buy less. Addicted to buying good beers. No willpower in that regard...
