Ouch! That sounds a little more serious than running out of something on brew day and having to run to the LHBS. :o
Glad all went well and you are on the road to recovery. Do what the doctors tell you or Donna has permission to slap you up side the head (like she needs it :lol: ).

Glad it went well.
I had the same thought as Ink: if I find I'm out of an ingredient, I just substitute or add it later. The beer doesn't care. Surgery is just a little different.
Take good care of yourself.

Got home Thursday evening, nice to be home in my bed and recliner. Finally got a decent night's sleep, still have quite a bit of pain but it is getting better everyday.
