$14.92 sale if you extract/steep brew

Post by mashani »

If you are willing to shop at Northern Brewer, they have their $14.92 Columbus day sale going on (by 3 kits out of a short list and that's how much you pay for each). Add $7.95 shipping flat rate. Still works out to about 40% off after shipping. It's one of the best sale of the year if you want some extract kits to brew straight up, or if you just want to take what comes with them and then Frankenstein the ingredients.

If you just want to brew as is and aren't a hop weenie, I can tell you that their Irish Red and their Brown Ale kits are both quite nice and easy to drink brews that everyone likes.

Think the sale runs until midnight tomorrow.

I like buying kits and making other things from them. But I have three on hand right now. Thanks for the tip.

Yup, that's why I said "if you are willing".

They have run that sale for many years now, they also do a $17.76 one for independence day. One thing AB InBev didn't seem to do to them is really change their operation in a public facing manner. They do seem to have a few more things in their inventory now that they never sold before, IE they now sell BrewDemon fermenters and kits.

A good deal is a good deal no matter who owns the company. I buy a lot from Midwest and I also buy Busch beer some. IDC (I don't Care) who owns them....
