I bought a pound of Amarillo awhile back.......well because it's Amarillo. I use it in some different recipes I brew, wanted to try something new. I Googled beers with Amarillo hops and was directed toward 3 Floyds Gumballhead. Their beer is a pale, but I'm almost out of an IPA and don't know if I mentioned it I have a pound of Amarillo. I just poured my second glass and really liking this so thought I'd share the recipe I brewed. The original is a pale at 37 IBUs with all Amarillo that I'll list also.

Looks good, I love that beer. I have a recipe that is pretty similar and really close to Gumball.
