That's a nice variety of ingredients. An Amber and a Stout or Porter? What hops and yeast do you have on hand?

You would need to get some Carared and Carahell, but otherwise you've got enough of the sparkling amber DME for making extract version of Nong Irish Red. Maybe you can use the 6-row 40L in their place.

You could make a nice bready amber with the munich and the 40L. hopped w/ those 7Cs would be pretty refreshing.

Heck, with just the Pilsen and Munich you could make a nice Pale Ale. Use your C-hops in that one and you've got a tasty brew.
