Hey Borgalonys, My brewing methods are so simple even I can do them. Steep my grains,add 1/3 oz. hops when water reaches 165*. Steep for 30 minutes. crank up stove to get to boil,adding another 1/3 of the hops.Let boil for around 10 minutes.Shut off stove,add remainder of hops and the Malt extract. Add the wort to the fermenter(already having 1 gal. Ice water in it),top off with ice water to fill point. When temp is right,pitch yeast. For bottling,I have a big plastic tub that I mix the sanitizer and water in. I count out 24 bottle caps and put them in the tub.I sanitize a 2 1/2 gal. Slimline and transfer the beer into it. I partially fill each bottle w/sanitizer,swirl it around and empty it out.Then I fill the bottle with beer from the Slimline and put 1 Domino Dot in,put the cap on and use a bench capper to cap it. I probably broken all of the acceptable,correct techniques,for brewing,but Hey,they work for me. Cheers
