I don't care how much they try to scare me. I'm still cheering the Eagles.

Might be a lot of headaches there. I have drank a lot of Bud Light at weddings and such and don't mind drinking it, but always have a headache after...

Wish that was the case for me. For some reason recently I can have 2 of my beers and wake up with a mild headache from it. My wife says I need to drink more water earlier. Getting older sucks!!

Hey Borganellas, may be alittle off thread, but when we were at our last Steelers game in Sept. the bar we went to post game(RiverTowne) ran out of BMC products. The friends we were there with freaked out. No Miller Lite, but they had a nice session brew low 4ish%abv which was very tasty, but noone would try it.SWMBO,and friends drank diet soda.I had several of their own brews and enjoyed them. It's a shame some folks can't expand their taste buds outside of their "Protective Shield" . Cheers :p

I drink a gallon of water a day, but on days I'm going to drink (beer) that evening I bump it up to two gallons of water. The only hangover I have now is lack of sleep from playing guitars until 3:00 am then up at 8:00. I just wish I'd a learned this before i turned 48. I wasted a lot of good days not hydrating before drinking.

It's easy to drink a gallon of water. Start slow for a few days, using a gallon jug as measurement. I can now get a gallon in before 3:00 pm, and continue on...

I try to drink half a glass of water for every beer I drink if I plan on a night of drinking. It really does help. Of course, like you, I drink lots of water all day. The only time I don't is when I travel so I need to remind myself of that when out of town.
I play guitar too and when I was young, in the summer, I would sleep until 2 but stay up practicing sometimes until 4. Of course, unplugged electric guitars don't make much noise so others in the house never heard me which was probably a good thing!
