Keg Connections has a couple of deals going on now. You can get a 4 pack of pin lock kegs for about $120 (including new o rings), pressure tested and everything. They also have 4 packs of ball locks for $190.

I haven't bought from them in a while, but they used to have $7.99 flat rate shipping.
