Last night, after two days of the gelatin doing its work, I cleared the keg of the junk. The first pic is the junk that came out. The second pic is the clear beer. It’s clearer than it was before I added the gelatin. I’m going to let this sit a couple more weeks, clear it again, and then transfer to a different keg. I also didn’t notice any degradation of flavor. In fact, there might have been a very small improvement. It seems like it was a touch crisper.
