Another Trub Bread

Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!

Another Trub Bread

Post by Hayzer »

I saved the remaining trub from my latest BD extract, an Oatmeal Stout, that was bottles today.
The results of the bread were so-so, simply because I did not add any additional salt (wife’s diet). Looks ok though and it is the third trub bread loaf I’ve made.

Cool. I used to do a lot of baking, but never yeast bread. I still make muffins, biscuits and pies for holidays.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

That's great, I Never thought of using the trub in bread, just the grains. Evidently it works fine.
