Contribute to charity without even trying

Post by bpgreen »

If you buy things from amazon, you can contribute to charity by using smile.amazon.com instead of www.amazon.com. You need to sign up and pick a charity. After that, any eligible purchases will contribute to the charity of your choice. The amount contributed is pretty small, but it's more than zero.

Another way to contribute without trying is an app called Charity Miles. You need to install an app (iPhone or android). Then you need to start the app when you start an exercise and stop it when you stop.

I've been using smile @ Amazon for a while now. I don't buy much, but like you said - every little bit helps.

That's pretty neat. I had no idea about this option. More power to Amazon for thinking of stuff like this.
