Thanks for the welcome, I finished my first batch of Pilsner on my Brew demon Signature . I must have done something wrong, It didn't come out very good. I followed all the directions, The beer color is amber and doesn't taste good, the only think is I used the Carbonation drops instead of sugar, had a few days where the temp registered to cold. I started another batch of Monk Witler will see if it works this time . Any help would be appreciated Thanks
