Bottled Oktoberfest today, I don't know about this one. From the sample it will be ok, but not what I was going for. I think because I under pitched, that is my guess..

Dry-hopped a batch of Smooth Rye'd IPA with Simcoe & Amarillo hops last night. Today, I brewed a Trippel ale with freshly crushed coriander seed; OG: 1.075.

Rebel_B, you can add Simcoe & Amarillo to anything and it's bound to be good! That's one of the best hop combos IMO.

I have ten gallons of California Steamin' {aka:Anchor Steam} still bubbling inside the fermentation chamber, it'll be another week before I start taking hydrometer samples.

Bottled my "Hoppy Saison" today. Dry hopped with whole leaf Citra courtesy of Phil. Sample smelled incredible!

The Black Hops really took off! Brewed it yesterday, checked it this morning, and had some concerns that the blow-off tube might clog. Went off the work hoping for the best, and when I got home this evening, it was still working like a champ, and the danger has passed. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this beer turns out.

I'm spinning up a couple of WLP-004 Irish Ale starters now for my Snowy Daze Stout I plan to brew on Saturday morning, I'm back in the game and loving it!

I will. Tonight, I'm just chillin' because I didn't sleep well last night, and had a beast of a day at work, so forgive my torpor. It'll be up ASAP, and if I tarry, just PM me with a smack upside the haid.

It's published in BrewToad, FYI. But I'll post it on The Borg, too.
