Yesterday got my Lakeline Lager into the secondary and stashed away for 6-8 weeks @ 35*, then kegged up the Nashville Traveling Red for the trip.

I'm brewing a Hex nut Brown ale extract from Midwest. I wanted to get a pic. at the peak of the hot break and I cut it close.
I put the camera down and pulled it without a boil over but it was close.

Just brewed my Cream Ale recipe that was a big hit last summer. Made a couple minor tweaks to see if I can dial it in just a bit more.

Gonna keg the Amber's Amber Lager tomorrow, and then on Sunday I'm brewing a fiver of FedoraDave's American Ale.
And I'm impatiently waiting for the Trilby Brown Ale to condition.

Just kegged a batch of Smooth Rye'd IPA. It spent the last 5 days with a dry hop of my favorite hop combo of Amarillo & Simcoe.

Brewed the Mr B Astro Nut Brown ale this afternoon. This is the first Mr B recipe from them that involves steeping grains and a hop boil. Was still very quick and easy; done in less than an hour. The wort tasted good. Will see how it turns out.

Finally brewing the (supposed to be ready for the February meet-up, but am brewing way too late for that) Nashville Pre-Prohibition Amber Ale today. Almost done with the boil. Good to be brewing again...
