Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Re: I"m a small LHBS
I checked my hops. I have a motley collection of this left over:
Citra
Fuggles
Magnum
Northern Brewer
Saaz
Sterling
Zythos
The only yeast I have on hand right now is S-04 and some DownUnda.
Need to go to LHBS. Or one of your houses LOL.

Re: I"m a small LHBS
We're of the anti-hoarder clan. My father in-law would be classified as a hoarder. Every part his house that his wife doesn't have jurisdiction over - garage, attic, boathouse - is filled with crap. You can't possibly believe it. Now that they are in Assisted Living we have to deal with all of it. Thinking we will live there for a month or two in the summer and throw much out, have garage sales, Craigslist.
His hoarding makes my wife a anti-hoarder. She resists buying large quantities of anything, regardless of the deal. As far as brewing, with my LHBS 10 miles away and the fact that I make recipes from bulk extract, I don't know what hops or grains I will need in the future, so I deal with buying an ounce of hops and exact quantities of grains when I need them. I buy 2 or 3 batches at a time, mill the grains, and seal them in a bag with the bag sealer, then put that back in a ziplock with the air pushed out.
So, not a grain or hops hoarder.
