Curious to see your recipe. Mine is "close" to a SMaSH but I used a little munich and some magnum for bittering. I've loved this beer every time I've made it nad it's the biggest hit with co-workers out of anything I've ever taken in to them.

I'm doing my first hopstand , per say right now, got an ounce of Nelson soaking after the boil, before the fermenter right now.
Gonna hold it for thirty minutes then cool it to pitch temp and zip it up for tonight!
