Mac & Jack's African Amber Ale clone... I subbed a little bit of wheat instead of CaraPils on this on. Tastes really good. I have another version of this using English ESB malt instead of regular pale malt... Looking forward to taste the differences.

That's a fine looking beer and I like how you've got Rebel's post in the background. You could start a new trend on this thread "Tasting IT Forward".

Thanks! Its still pretty bitter and a bit too thin on the body/mouthfeel for my tastes, few more weeks of conditioning I guess!

Re: First Pour Thread
My Wild Spirit IPA. Came out great. I tried this one a little early as I hear IPAs are best a little young. Nicely balanced for an IPA. Hops are citrus initially and finish a bit piney. Not too bitter, with a good malt backbone. Wish it had a stronger floral hop aroma. Head and carbonation are perfect after three weeks conditioning. There is even lacing on the glass! My best batch so far! And so the Inglourious Basterd will make more beer.
Cheers!

I knew it would be beer. I made one extract (Mr. Beer Cowboy Lager) This was my first attempt at AG. Seems it turned out well.
