My wife is a HEFE gal too. She's not fond of the hoppy bitterness I crave. PRoblem is, I don't want to brew 5 gals of hefe since it's more than she needs and I really don't have a good hefe recipe for a small batch but I did use a mix of mr beer and some grain last time and it wasn't bad.Boe1971 wrote:Hi all, I used to frequent the Mr beer forums for a few years.
