First Time All Grain Screw-ups

I marked the outside of my pot with permanent marker.

I can't remember if I mentioned in the ruling on brew day post about the larger pots but I would want something plastic not wood. I was thinking of using the plastic handle that opens and shuts a set of mini-blinds. They are long and clear and can be sanitized.


I think I mentioned before elsewhere that setting up your profile in BeerSmith can be, well, annoying and it will take a few brew days to get dialed in as I'm sure everyone on here who uses BS will agree.
