Try 1/4oz of 12aa @20 and 1/4oz @10. NO 60 minute addition.

You do not need a long boil to get the bitterness you need with 12aa hops for such a beer, and you can get the flavor/aroma that way too.

Sort of a "hopbursted american wheat" as such.

And the bitterness will be mellow without the long boil even with high AA hops.
