Finally brewed this up on my Beerthday (January 1), and took a sample today. OG was 1.047 and SG was 1.012. Pretty much right where it should be figuring US-05 yeast and ~75% attenuation. Might drop a wee bit more though. Going to let it sit until Sunday, then transfer to the keg. Hydro sample was quite tasty. First time I have used Centennial as a flavor/aroma hop (usually just use as bittering). Me likey the Centennial!
