Nicely done Jeff! I can't help but think your build must have been nothing less than a "labor of love", it really shows all of the art and craftsmanship that went into your design. Thank you for sharing the build details! I will be incorporating a locking pulley into my setup soon, those 20+ pound grain bills do tend to be pretty hard to lift by myself when they're wet.Inkleg wrote:No problem, thanks for the practice.

Thanks Vince, it really was a fun build. I know I spent more time researching than actual building.
I've used the pulley twice now and LOVE it. Wish I had it many 20+ pound batches ago.

This is excellent! I'm accumulating all the parts I need to build an electric recirculation mash system right now! I boil using a 220 induction cooker but am in the process of building the herms mash tun and HLT! I think I found someone to ask questions!! Nice system
