It's a 2 hour ride so I don't know if that's in the cards. It's my busy time of year and time may be a problem but there's a brewery we hope to check out an hour away in Mississippi. We're making brew friends. You know, YWB.......yeast with benefits.

I'm good! I've had a fast ferment and am cold crashing now. The 007 yeast is always clumpy so there's no doubt when it's working. In a few days I'll move to vials and I'm ready to go. Sure was a lesson in this one though.
