I actually don't mind S-23 in certain beers. But I am fully aware of what I am getting into, and ferment them 57-60 as that's where I like it the best - and expect there to be some fruitiness. It might actually be good in this beer, although it would turn out quite different. Maybe I'll try that sometime.
