Another one that I like but don't see mentioned is Wychwood's Hobgoblin.
We treat all brew water with Campden and I boil some of that for top up.Something else... you don't use bleach I assume... do you dechlorinate your water? You might want to try RO water and add minerals/ph balancing stuff as needed.
I learned about the "bandaide" taste the hard way.
