This is what mine looks like. One hot, one cold and one outlet for constant on. I use the constant on one to run a fan in my keezer to help keep steady temperatures.

Cool, so is that two inputs... Basically 15a to the constant on duplex, and another circuit to power the controller?

Just one 15a input, split to the constant ON and the controller. The controller is either running the fridge OR the heater and the ON is just running a phone charger converter. Just enough to power a computer fan in the keezer. So no worries of overloading the circuit.

I`be been reviewing these writeups as I now have an unused freezer at my vacated in-laws house where we will spend large parts of the summer emptying it out. I may build one so I can brew there when it is too warm out, but they have city water so I would transport my well water for brewing AND have to bring all my brewing stuff.

Or, you could brew the beer at home and transport it to the house for temperature control.
Might have to build another one myself. SWMBO called and a friend has a *FREE* 4x2x2' fridge that sounds perfect for either a kegerator (assuming there is no freezer space) or a fermentation chamber. Hate having to make these high pressure decisions....
