Well played, Paul.

As soon as you drive up from Solvang the taps will be flowing

Sure, but I won't be able to drive back. How'd your wife like extra peeps around for a week?

She said "no" to you, but the Evil Twin was ok.

We're not identical but after a few beers, no one will be able to tell the difference.

If you only knew how much 'our gang' uses that line and we did it so much we quit saying it and created a hand signal to save us all time and words. Tis true.

The memorial service for my friend Cecil was today. No lie, there were napkins on the table that had
"That's what she said last night" printed on them and no one who attended the service was offended.
He never met a stranger who didn't become his friend.

I pulled the dry/keg hop on this one yesterday and now it's just waiting for a place in the kegerator. I thought about adding that tap tower to make a third but I found out that three kegs don't fit in my kegerator so I think I'm going to bottle the lemon-lime hef that I made for my wife to make space. I actually need to pull a pint myself and review it in the appropriate thread, too.

I also need to kill the keg of my NS Pale Ale to make room for the Levitation keg.

Took a first pour of this one and I like it. From what I gather, it's darker than the true GBH but you cares, right?

After drinking a lot of IPAs lately, this really is a welcome change. It's not overly hop-forward but has a decent bite and good flavor. It's a solid pale ale which is what I needed in my pipeline. I'll reserve final judgement for later but if I were to be asked right now, I would do either some late additions or hop-stand this for a bit more Amarillo presence. But, that's after the first pour, time will tell.

It has a nice creamy head, too!
(As always, the fill flash makes it look darker than it truly is)

I think if you like it now, you'll love it in another few weeks. Looks and sounds great and that creamy head looks like desert!
