I sent you a PM with like 20 questions in it LOL. That will help me decide what recipe(s) to send you. Didn't want to clutter up this thread. I could start a new thread called "Belgians for Beer-Lord" when I decide which ones to give you if you wish...

I know he likes Belgian style IPA's with American Hops (Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo)...
But to push a little outside the comfort zone and beyond hoppy Saisons, I'm guessing a Citra Tripel would be good or a straight up Belgian Golden Strong Ale.

I've got some excellent tripel/strong ale recipes. As long as he considers sugar to be "all grain" LOL.

But it is, isn't it?
It's in the grain category in Beersmith...

Three Philosophers (cherry quadrupel) is effing amazing. And Hennepin is one of the best saisons I've ever had.

I'm thinking of going with the Rare Vos and the Hennepin. Their descriptions on the website really appealed to me. If I'm lucky, I'll get a chance to taste before I buy, and that may change my mind, but otherwise, those are the ones I'll go with.

Those two were served in the tasting room when I was there. Two very good beers.
