Thank you all for warm welcome. plan to make beer making a year round adventure. I spend most of my time at the lake during the summer months, hoping this will limit my last minute runs to get my beer. Once more thank you all for warm welcome, keep the brews coming.

Making beer at the lake is a new experience for me also. Nearly two weeks in on a 5 gallon batch in the temp controlled freezer I "took over". And the neighbor's first batches in there too (West Coast Pale Ale and Classic American Light). It's a bit different brewing here, much smaller kitchen (really, really small), but they must have higher gas pressure here as everything boiled quicker.

Rick ; its sure helps being at the lake and able to brew. Have lots of friends come by and give advice but when asked how much they brew, none have, go figure. Thinking maybe stepping up to 5 gal batches sometime next year. Going to invest in small freezer and another temp controller first my small mini fridge won't handle the big bucket also wanting to keg but for now will stay with my LBK's to get more comfy with brewing. Got to say this sight is outstanding on info and the help is above par with the other sight. Two LBK's cold crashing ready for bottling Sunday, Thanks to all for warm welcome.
