If you take wort home it will be interesting to see how what you fermented at home compares to what they ferment there.

Now that would be really cool to do if they would let you "sneak" a little out even if just a LBK sized batch.

We shall see... I have not asked them yet, but I will bring a couple carboys with me "just in case"...
