Yes the final show down of the last brave fans standing in the quirkiest season on record.

Good luck to you two after OAK beat KC in finding your pick for the week. :)

On a some-what related (to Rodger's video) note: A few years ago a buddy of my brother's - who both live in northern Minnesota - owns a large chuck of property with a lot of woods on it and a river running through it. For many years there was a tree on the property with a bald eagle's nest in it. It was a very large tree and had been dead for quite some time. So one day a big wind storm came up and, sadly, blew the tree and the nest down. My brother and his friend went out in to the woods to check out the nest hoping that they would find no dead or dying eaglets in the nest. They were relieved there there were none but what they did find was two dog collars from some small(ish) dogs. One from a neighbors dog that had gone missing about a year before.

Looks like I won the latest round, due to:
A) there being only two entrants (so it was essentially a coin flip), and
B) the fact that the Giants royally suck (much to my chagrin as a Giants fan).

:music:

Methinks this exercise has run its course for the season? If anyone's interested in continuing (not sure that I really am, but...), I'll take Deeetroit over TB in week 14.

We gather today to mourn the passing of Gatorade Shower at the age of 29. Gatorade Shower entered this world on Oct. 20, 1985, when members of the New York Giants doused then-head coach Bill Parcells after a key divisional victory over the Washington Redskins. Gatorade Shower then enjoyed a happy and fruitful if increasingly cliched life, present at celebrations ranging from Super Bowls to weddings. While Gatorade Shower's relevance had declined in recent years, Gatorade Shower's presence at a game always signaled significance and celebration of worthy triumph.

Gatorade Shower died on Dec. 7, 2014, when the Oakland Raiders performed the ritual on head coach Tony Sparano. The Raiders had won only their second game of the season, a 24-13 victory against the suddenly hapless San Francisco 49ers. Bearing in mind that this shower-inducing second victory of 2014 came in December, cause of death was thus deemed farcical irrelevance.

Gatorade Shower is survived by a child, Shaving Cream Pie, and two grandchildren, Photobomb and Over-The-Top Sideline Interview. Funeral services will be held throughout the college football bowl season. At the services, mourners are requested to sip Gatorade rather than dump it over heads of themselves or any others.

Amen

Great Job winning the Survivor. You had a great season.
Sorry I couldn't get to a pc and congratulate you sooner. Was on the road 2 weeks house hunting.

Don't be silly!
a) You kicked butt all season long - I only won when there were two participants and the Giants let you down (and embarrassed themselves, and all of their fans, myself included) by losing to the Jags.
b) I hope the house-hunting went well!

Hey guys.

I think there were only four playing the last reset so don't know if you want to reset again after CC's win.

If so I'll take Carolina over Tampa week 15.

BB2 is still having PC problems so I'm putting his pick in for him.

He takes the Saints over the Bears.
