What I do with my wet hops is nobody's business.

If this involves showering, naked cats in said shower, and guys with kilts on.....I'm getting very weirded it out about now.

Well that's just silly. One does not wear a kilt in the shower, lawn sprinklers are the way to go.

If if want to bypass your brother when this is ready, PM me you address as I don't seem to have it. If you think Paul can be trusted getting a IIPA to you, I'll include one in his package when I send it. However, I will let you know when it's on the way, because I don't trust him. :o

I'll mod both your arses if you keep talking about me like that.
But I do like the lawn sprinker idea.

Got a request from my Cali friends who are coming in for a visit in late March to make a very hoppy brew for them when they arrive. This one might be on my radar though they asked me to redo DuganA or Pliny.

With not having brewed this before it might su*k. It calls for 2 ounces each in the dry hop. I was thinking about doing one of each just before Nashville and then the others in the keg, carb and send it out. So I might be able to see how this has turned out mid February. So that'd be cutting it close.

You can't go wrong with your DuganA or Pliny though.

Ok, not having time to brew myself right now I need to live vicariously through others. I got an update on Dave's Kolsch. How is this doing? The fermentation must smell uh-mazing.

Using my own words against me? Who are you, my wife?

Well played, sir.

Checked the gravity it's at 1.009 and did the first dry hop of 1oz each of Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe back on the 20th. Have decided not to keg hop this time so I just dry hopped with the next round of 1oz each. Plan on kegging it Tuesday so it will have been on the gas a week when I get back from Nashville. I can always add more hops later if it's not enough. ;)

Finally tasted it tonight, :wow: this is pretty damn good. This might be better than my Pliny. :o

Sounds awesome... I haven't done a big IPA in a long while. I guess I'm due.

I've got one planned as the 2nd brew in February.
Damn, I've not done a beer in over 5 weeks. I've broken my record for length of time without brewing. <sad eyes>

Only one brewday this year here. Will be packaging tomorrow. Really intended to have it ready for next weekend, but got my brewday delayed a few times...
