Well...now I have my inaugural brew(the BD Ale that comes with the kit) in the fermenter!! Super pumped for getting my first batch finished!

If you don't have an hydrometer, leave it 3 weeks in the fermenter, 4 weeks in the bottle @ room temp if bottle conditioning. Put what you are planning on drinking in the fridge for 2-3 days, should be good to go. Let us know how it turns out for you.

Congratulations on your first brew day!
With the wait times needed for Homebrew, some folks get another fermenter (or 5
) and start another batch in a week or two. Come up with a rotation schedule that works for you and you
will should always have beer on hand.
