I'm pretty happy with my Brown LBCs with replacement spigots. So I voted for that. But if I was going to get something else it would be one of the little Speidels, which are white.

I don't mind the LBK Amber, but they are inconsistent. Some are much darker than others, making it difficult to see the level.

I looked at AIH's new buckets that are milky white, which are made of a high grade silicone polypropylene copolymer. They are tapered, wider at the top than the bottom, and flex when full of a liquid. The new Mr. Beer fermenter, both the 8LX and the 24LX, are made of similar material it appears.

I believe these new materials are more scratch resistant and the new Mr. Beer fermenters are dishwasher safe, not that they'd fit. If they did fit, cleaning would be a breeze.

Since I ferment in a freezer, color is less relevant, but for cleaning the milky white would be better for seeing dirt.
