Ok, the Pink Saison and the Plain old Pilsener were both ready to drink this weekend. The Pink Saison is exceptional. Tangy and the hibiscus goes with the saison wonderfully. Also that simple Pilsener I made turned out really good too. It's a little too carbed, but not bad and has a nice fluffy head. Both are keepers and the start of the Dog Breath Brewery standard brews.
