Here is the link for the box. I think you guys have narrowed in in it but just in case. I do plan on flipping it over so the outlets face down. Will let you know when I figure out the mounting.
Just picked up the stand pieces today and since the wife is not home I am going to start building it!

Got the stand about 90% built and realized that the stand was not square at all!! The bottom tier looks good but the top tier is WAY off!! Since that is where the pots sit I want to get that a little closer to being square. Looking at it right now pisses me off with how unsquare it is so it must be redone. I will need to take it all apart down to the base and redo it. With it being 95 out today I decided it wasn't going to be worth the effort and will wait and do some of it during the week. I want to also pick up a square to help with that as well. It was a good waste of 3 hours today!

Looking good!

Got the other burner mounted and some of the gas line plumbed. Just need 1 more hose hooked up and the fitting for the line from the tank to the stand. Than I will do a test run for the burners and finally get the pump mounted. Moving quite nicely!

Are you putting a shroud around the burners or will they be open?

Going to keep them open for now. I've heard the windshield can cause a dirtier burn. The burner doesn't sit much lower than the cross bars and I have room to move it up a slot or 2 if needed. If I find an issue with it I can fabricate them pretty easy though.

This should not be this difficult!!
I finally find hose I wanted to use. I got everything hooked up tonight and started testing the connections. Got everything tight except 1 fitting. The damn nipple between the T and the 90 deg elbow wouldn't stop leaking no matter what I did. Tried tighening it, removed it and retaped it but nothing would work. I examined the thread and found that there was an issue with the thread. I think there was a burr on it orginally and that came off in the elbow causing those threads to get screwed up and also screwing up the threads on the nipple connection. Needless to say I didn't make any progress today because I now need to undo everything, go and get a new T and 3 nipples and start over because I can't get the damn nipple connection off of the T because it is so tight! And on top of that I sliced the tip of my finger open trying to wedge a screw driver in between the threads to try and straighten it! Not a good night! Here is a picture of what it looked like together though. And the stupid thread that ruined my night.

Amazing project! Measure twice cut once is my motto. I love your design too, I'd mount those switches on sheet metal then bolt that onto your frame. You may want to start documenting your build now for future reference too..

Loving it Dan, loving it!
Just something to think about that I saw on another build at HBT. He mounted the electronics so they were easily removed from the stand so he could hose it down as needed. Just information I've run across that made me go "interesting and brilliant".

Here is my thought for the electronic portion. I was going to attach some sort of controller arm witha small table to rest it on similar to how I drew it below. I want it to be on a swivel arm. I will do some looking around and see what I can do. For now it is fine sitting on a table near the stand until I need it. I have all the time in the world to get it the way I want it at this point. I can brew on it so that is all that matters to me now.
