Thanks BK. I did make my brewing easier by making an 2.5gallon extract batch. Sort of ease into it. You might try that.

Haven't brewed in 2 1/2 months. With all the rain that came and the water going up at the lake was concerned that the power would be turned off to the RV so took everything out of fridge and brought it home to the fermentation chamber to keep cool. Hope to get it back so I can brew this week.
