how do I see if there are responses to post or questions I have asked? right now the only way I see to do that is to try and remember where I posted my question, I assume there is a way I just don't know how yet.

When you create a new topic or post, at the bottom under option you can check the box that says "Notify me when a reply is posted". Also, next to your username on the upper righthand side there is a V button. There is a link down at the bottom of the page, that says "subscribe topic" that you can also use, whether you created the post or just find one interesting.
