I pour the starsan water that I used for the lbk in the cooler. Works pretty well without the bleachy smell.

My second brew was a lager Czech pilsner. 5 months between fermenting lagering carbing and conditioning. It came out amazing.

Did you use the yeast that came with the pilsner?

I used the yeast that I bough from the boys in Da Bronx(Island Brewing Supply). It was a lager yeast.
