For the record. I started this Thursday night and brewed this morning (Sat ). 2 cups water 1/2 cup dme. Boiled for 10 min in the flask. I pitched white labs 04 from their new soft pack. It was crazy and was finished by morning. It had all flocked out and was chunky. If that was any indication of how the full fermentation will be, it should be short.
