Ralph's 2015 Wee Heavy

I brewed mine as a 2.5 gallon batch. I based it proportionally on yours but with a little bit less base malt, and used EKG, and a slight reduction in black patent. So maybe mine is a 90 shilling (if there is such a thing) instead of a wee heavy. The other change is that I did do a pseudo-decoction pulling a quart of the wort and boiling it down to a deep dark syrup then adding it back in, to give it some extra complexity, as I've always had good results doing that. I'll post the recipe, I have a pic of the finished pseudo-decoction.
