Well, a buyout is a buyout, and can't be polished.
Sure the company will run for years.
A corporate guy or two will be stuck in key places, maybe they will have to start sourcing their grain and hop bills from corporate sources (nice savings with "appropriate" substitutions), maybe some "adjustment" to recipes-no one will notice 5-10% changes to hop bills-to added adjuncts, right? At any point profits don't keep climbing either switches to brewing the corporate product or layoffs will begin, the ad guys will be told to have big promotions and campaigns-because, of course, that's all that's needed. And "craft brew experiments will not really pan out in the end".
