I kegged both fermenters today and I had a good sample of the beer that no star san got in but only a small and bit dirty sample of the one that got funk in it and they taste very similar. This is a light beer that was supposed to be a 1.056 beer and it was 1.063 but the flavor is still light enough that I think I would have noticed an off flavor. Tasted fine. Smelled fine too. I have them carbing and next week I'll sample both and see how it goes but for now, I know which one is going to the crawfish boil. :)
