Thank you all for good advice. I did keg and chill. I also tasted before departing. The APA seemed okay, but the hops were a little much. I left it in the fridge. The BPA tasted, well, not ready. I pulled it and put it in the basement. It's now back in cooling. The APA is good, my wife likes it, so we have something to drink. Now to keg the other Belgian, and dry hop the IPA.
